Q: Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are the manufacturer with continuous and improved R & D, production, sales, and service supply.

Q: What are your main products?

A: Our products are industrial water filter cartridges, housing filters, RO water purifiers and all kinds of filter components and so on.

Q: How to get a quotation?

A: In order to send you our best price, please kindly inform us of the detailed product parameters.

Q: Could you provide the free sample?

A: Yes, we could provide the free sample if the value not big, but the courier charge will be on your side. And we’ll send back the courier charge if you place an order to a certain amount.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Mainly accept Paypal, West Union, and T/T, L/C is also available if the order amount is big. For Samples: 100% in advance via Paypal, West Union or T/T. Formal order: 50% T/T in advance and balance against the copy of B/L. Other payment terms can be further discussed.

Q: Can I get your products with our logo and design?

A: Most of the products are OEM or ODM with your logo and customized products will be extra costed.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: In normal condition, the delivery time is 7-15days for regular products if we have enough raw material. For big order quantity, we’ll first try our best to meet your demand offer you the shortest delivery time.
